Another question to anyone who cares to answer. Let us assume the LOI's go through. They are both revenue producing companies, and add that to nexus, HMSC has almost 20 mil a year of revenue being produced. Let us assume that they are at least getting 5-8% profit on that after expenses, etc. What needs to happen to vault this stock out of the subpenny range into a few pennies and then onto dollars. I see hundreds of stocks trading in the pennies making 3-5 million in revenues. Does it have to do with the BDC status? Does the float have to come down, stock buyback? But revenue alone should do some driving?
