After the case is settled there should be much more clarity as to the potential merger partners. That will be the catalyst that will drive the price. With PFE BOA Orlaski and Seth's other associates providing vetting of partners I think the next acquisition will have a tremendous shot at commanding a high market cap.

The amounts people guess at regarding the lawsuit are silly, and soon the behavior of Cowan and the insurance company will be known. As part of pre trial a damage estimate will be presented.

First there was malpractice, but the attempted coverup is where it will get very interesting. Florida has NO limits on punitive and NJ sets 5 times. But before that there are treble damages in which the insurance company can be named a defendant. I expect that all the Partners and the insurance company to be named defendants when the complaint is amended.

The BOD and Seth will not be punching bags much longer IMO. Speaking of Seth, it is a wonder that everyone thinks he is only involved in penny stocks. He is active in 2 NASDAQ stocks where he has met with and and had various funds take positions of millions of dollars just in the last 60 days. These are just starting positions.

When the suit is settled and if a great merger takes place I would expect some of these funds to take positions. The benefit of that is not a pump, but credibility because if positions are taken by some of the biggest mutual funds they are listed in the portfolio. And he was working on a great merger right when this OTCBB delisting occurred. That company is not available now but has done tremendous in the last 12 months with multiple Fortune 100 and 500 customers in the 3D printing space.

That is jumping a bit far out, but those are my expectations. If there is a merge I expect a reverse split down the road. Obviously stock would be issued to the new company and that stock would have a year hold.

Whatever the settlement is it will not be taxable based on loss forwards, so I would expect a portion of the settlement to address the dilution the malpractice has caused over the period.
