I saw it and others did as well as I got an e-mail from a friend who saw it and thought the deal was consummated. The misinformation was there all day yesterday on yahoo. It got fixed overnight as last I looked late last night it was still showing the incorrect info. It really did say Zapata Industries SAS instead of Implant Sciences if you went to yahoo and typed in IMSC for the ticker symbol.

Are you suggesting IMSC would have issued a PR about this if it didn't even happen?
