First former Judge Steele demands a Delaware supreme court ruling and specifically demands that only a more senior justice rule on novel issues in Jacobs, Hindes. Now Tim Pagliara tells off Judge Sleet and, in essence, tells him to go take a timeout and stand in the corner.

Poor Judge Sleet. Insulted. Demeaned. Put in his "proper" place in the lower regions of the judicial food chain.
