Some would debate how well Cardinal has helped infiltrate the market with Lymphoseek. That's only one small issue at the moment. The $80M (up front) would clear out CRG and leave some funds to carry on. With all the fees and the loan I think it totals just under $60M (corrections are always welcome). The other issue is getting Goldberg to actually follow through. Not the best track record in that department. Two other companies pop right out (Echo & Galena) and are still struggling. This deal is a good band aid if it comes through. It could be a new start, if handled with the right hands. For the moment, this could shake some of the shorts for a nice short squeeze. 135% is a pretty good start for that I'd say.
