WTF!?!?!?!?!

This is some real scary sh1t! From the last filing it shows 22M OS and now the CEO has 10M shares. Correct me if I'm wrong, there's a 12M float stock trading at these levels. This stock was just 90 Cents back in MAY! 65K is debt hmmm....... That ain't much!

Interesting about Ivo, he used to be CEO for Zaxis International which at the time was a shell and now Emerald Medical Corp ($MRLA). Zaxis had a share exchange with Emerald Medical. From 09, Ivo was collecting more shares, I believe he had up to 1.38M shares up until the share exchange.
