I think you misunderstood his post. He was saying that 28 days have now passed since the EAPH tweet on 8/9 about being WITHIN DAYS of a Mexican approval.
How does a company put out a tweet like that and then a MONTH LATER have no information on the Mexican approval issue? How does a company allow 28 days to pass without at least an update on the earlier, 8/9/16 post?
Without that approval there is nothing here worth thinking about.
