Once the audit done. Chron can file their 10 to uplist. However with this company's past history IMO it's going to have a lot of comments from the SEC to answer. Most I'm sure will be about the past dealing of Jeff Love. Once the SEC accepts and aproves then next is Chron moves off the pink sheet..I seriously doubt that's going to happen until next year. At some point with all the shares that's out there. They will consider a reverse split. Untill we see income and not just letter from Young. I doubt we will see much share price incress. I own 3 million plus shares and I'm long for now
