I just don't get this company - tempting but...??? With contracts like Torrey Pines, DHS, Military, and US Forest Service, why is this company floundering in pennyland OTC pink? The pps should be skyrocketing, unless the management and accounting team is very screwed up or skimming all the profits. What gives folks?
