Alpha Capital called in a loan to WWTH $350,000
If With, Inc. had any money they wouldn't have defaulted causing all this dilution.
They received hundreds of millions of shares to settle the default and also 9/10's ownership of Hang w/.
They continue to sell diluting shares, IMO

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
