i fail to remember that an attorney's advise should not be under-estimated, even if it appears juxtaposed to a commoner's reasoning.

ultimately who pays? say, it can be demonstrated "optimal-loss" has occurred....does TB, it's insurer, it's shareholders, pony up the settlement/judgement?
