"The insiders are setting the price at 0.01 to 0.013"

This argument rests on the .0130 (not .01, thats completely made up) price set in the purchase agreement.

This argument is very easily deconstructed and exposed,

Firstly, "are setting the price" uses the wrong tense, "did set the price" is more apt, given that coming up is the last purchase in a series of 12+ purchases for the intent of Roche gaining control of $RVUE. Now that he has control, there is zero evidence of any intent/need of future purchases below current PPS. That premise falls quite flat.

Also, given that the purchase price was .013 when the PPS was .0020-.0040, to use that argument now given that there is only one purchase left is a straw-man argument, easily deconstructed.
