If I am not mistaken, one of those cases--Lamberth--is being appealed.

If plaintiffs prevail with the appeal, with Sweeney, or in Delaware, which is a big "if," it becomes a new ballgame.

I've seen what you and many others have seen, but I believe it's too soon to begin spreading black crepe.


And, if streaming black does become necessary, a lot of major financial services businesses and others may get really nervous about where they chose to do business.
