I think Kim is using NGCG as a entree into the public arena - if Kim cleans up the shell which is one nasty shell - he will be have established a great deal of credibility - with that comes access to cash - no matter how much money you and your friends have - they would rather use funding provided by others.

I was involved with a startup that was on the pinks and we did a real uplist to Nasdaq and the company went from pennies to dollars. The original shell was purchased out of Vancouver - the hotbed for penny stock scams (at least at one time).

I agree there are still lots of questions to be answered.

Oh, I don't think that Kim and Kalisky have a great deal of history except for meeting through the recycling business.

I think Ruppert is pissed off at Kim more so than being jealous - Kim cut of scam he was working with Ross.
