Although Elite owes only several mil in accrued exp and a/p, those numbers can accelerate as cash will begin to dwindle, no more licensing or milestone fees coming to pay bills, R&D will drain more as Elite has to start from scratch with Sequest and lets not forget Elites cash cow LPC isnt going to be providing them with 10's of millions in cash going forward.

When put in perspective, suddenly Elite might be in for a serious cash squeeze and all thats available to them is severe toxic instruments,..

Now, that will keep them out of BK for some time however, theres a huge cost for that.... which is massive dilution like never before seen and the total meltdown of ELTPs share price
