Thank you for making my earlier point, which has been criticized by a few people. I own 20k shares of stock in this company and absolutely love the concept and technology behind it BUT for whatever reason, people are hesitant to implement it. Has anyone ever asked Hayward why adoption is taking so long? I would have more respect for him if he would admit the issues and then tell us what he's doing to overcome them. My personal opinion is that when the solution is being evaluated by potential customers, they are getting scared off over the cost and labor required to implement it and therefore are willing to put up with the counterfeiting.
