$ LVGI. The LVGI Shareholder own basicly all of the LVGI O/S as in most stocks there are usually a few shares that are Restricted and JF has a Option to buy a certain amount if he hasn't already done so but over all the the Shareholders own the Biggest part of the shares left and not enough left for JF to consider putting in the Market IMO and as a Smarter CEO he will probably consider Buying back LVGI Shares at these Level of pp,s JMO.
