Dr John, I have an old man from Wyoming working for me who worked the oilfield most of his life. He tells me there is no way that a liner was installed on a Dry Hole as it would be a big waste of money as the liner is very expensive.

He also said the drill crew hardly ever knew the result of there drilling campaign because as soon as they were done they left for the next drill site.
