TRON's Press Release is only an overall updated picture of what is happening with its pending merger, hence TRON's PR titled: "TORON, INC (OTC: TRON) PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE REGARDING PENDING MERGER WITH IMEDSCAN CORPORATION"

Earlier, some investors were speculating that the Press Release might have been "fradulant" using Tracy as a reason. Now that Acuant Corporation validated the Press Release, speculators are finding new reasons to disprove TRON.

It's odd, really.
