I too remain confused about Triway, the name implies that there will be three owners of the company, I presume SIAF, Chinese JV Partners building out the Farm and some other partner. Our share will be a minority share represented by SIAF but still controlled by Solomon until they IPO, which is more than a year out from now. Not sure if any institutions would be attracted to SIAf under these circumstances until the IPO, meaning a dead stock for another year (unless the Beef IPO is some sort of catalyst in Q1). Anyone read it this way or am I off base?
