Wonder whats going to happen here....hmmm - Highly likely a massive run coordinated... and soon.

The noteholder has 650,000.00 yet still standing. They have granted AWGI another extension vs. forcing them to default, which would cost all cap/premium +50%. However, they've given them 60 days to figure out share restructuring, and a R/S won't be approved.

AS will most likely increase, do you think the noteholder is going to attempt to convert the 6.5 billion shares needed when the bid at .0001 is 250 million? I think not.

Note holder run coming. Jeff has also indicated 8k's for MOU's will be arriving in early September.
