Don't think if HK is running the show that Oslo w/b at the top of their list, although like any good investor they'll likely keep their options open and include it into the mix.

But looking at PE ratios, my guess is that the HKSE wins out hands down, let alone the NYSE, etc.

The only way Oslo stands a chance w/b for its banks and institutions funding the project, yet that doesn't appear to be happening.
