I know for a fact that Mr Petar Vucicevich sold company shares at arms length with everything done correctly and legally. Don't virtually ALL companies raise cash for their business interests?

The dispute was with the OSC(not the SEC) over prospectus and registration over what was ALREADY LOFTWERKS and and and...
