And great stuff going on with Ngcg soon to be Umvi - maybe old management is pissed because they realize their hundreds of millions of shares that they no longer have are going to be worth huge money shortly ;)

Fair guess! In addition (IMO) they may be mad because Kim has an awesome Trusted Advisor!
