I thought this part of Tom's Corner was very interesting.

The next step is to file a Corporate Action Request with FINRA, there has been a delay because the past management wouldn't provide the information that was needed to access the FINRA site.

As I have heard - he can't get access to the past financial information is is going to file criminal charges against Ross/Longoria/JAG/Ruppert - the interesting part since it a public company the Feds will be involved.

I don't think any of us understand what a difficult challenge this has been for Kim. The past management criminals are trying to hide or cover up all of the past transgressions and now Kim is being attacked by the scum that stole shareholders money - Jason Ruppert.
