Bottom line, King will not be able to rid himself of Shinn. He should have settled a long time ago and he still should. If not, these issues will take several more years to come to a conclusion. If there is any truth regarding King's wacking behavior, kiss HTDS and possibly CAVIT good bye. Once Cavit is made public, Shinn will sue CAVIT/KING for a number of issues and we will start the process all over again with CAVIT and Shinn. Mark my words, Shinn will come after King and CAVIT once CAVIT becomes public! Settle the case King!
