When I wrote to the SEC, they responded they always investigate when there is many broken deals. OTC or not. I gguess that now that they announced multi deals, at least they have to close some. Plus the name change has to be undertaken many weeks before. I'm assuming it's already undertaken if they announced a date. People think while it's OTC, it's free lunch. Not really
