Was I right Ms. Beth? Is MDMN nothing more than an insider share selling enrichment scheme? I think I said that about a year ago and was roundly criticized by the band of MDMN lemmings. Gee who would have thunk that a little "unbiased" DD that didn't come from the MDMN tree house was actually right. This company has been a scam from day 1 and will continue to be a scam for perpetuity.

Hmmmm... Let's review.

JJ and family has made millions while screwing deal after deal with disreputable supposed partners.

Les apparently has pocketed millions as well by stealing and selling shares, not to mention his other inside deals with MDMN and affiliated companies over the years. I guess stealing from elderly widows got boring.

Chapin has so many inside deals it's hard to keep track- the bogus rent for the phantom office was probably just the tip of the iceberg.

The average common stockholder who does not lie about his/her stock basis is likely down 70-95% AND just discovered that each share of stock owned is only worth half of what we "knew we owned".

Hard not to conclude you were spot on, JP. I wish to hell I sold back in '14. I have nearly a million shares of this pig remaining.
