Refresh my memory, has there ever been a price that you didn't like? I remember the gushing about how $0.095 was a bargain, an absolute "gift" (in your words) from the BOD. After the recent thievery just getting back to that basis would be the equivalent of hitting $.19 two weeks ago.

Does the recent revelation of absolute fraud give you pause for reflection regarding your prior unequivocal support for management?
