Yes, that's the good news, though the rates appear to be high only for another month or two per the same article. Hopefully that helps TEUFF build up some cash, however I think most of their ships are already chartered, which may mean they can't take advantage of higher rates.

Best case scenario is that shippers realize that the current rates are unsustainable and to avoid more crises like this in the future, they need to pay a reasonable cost. Rates that don't even cover the cost of fuel will clearly continue to send shipping companies out of business.
