So based on your comments they make money trucking water and zip drilling and they cover up/hide their dry holes from the investors for many months.

Some oil/gas company perhaps a "wanta be oil and gas company but that's about as close as they are right now. Tell the crooks to stop covering up, which is deception, and be both timely and truthful if they can. Some crooks just can't!

They are a trucking company first, that's what brings home the bacon, drilling is a sideline that cost its investors their dividends.
