The big key will be valuation and Initial Stock Price.
I had a small stake as this was my first experience with distressed debt. Ran the numbers. My 133 shares are the right proportion of the 5.4M shares to be issued.
Here's hoping they price the shares at $832M/5.4M (value of reserves/# of shares). Using that formula the initial share price would be $153.60.
Not sure why they picked a small share issuance. Personally, I would have preferred more shares at a price in the $40-$50 range. Those $100+ shares tend to resist upward movement and have a long range to fall.
