There all Partners(Bay280) trusted individuals working together to restructure a Revenue losing CO.(EPIC Thrift)Monetizized(protecting assets) bye reducing # of stores to protect their Investment.Doing a RM was in the Best Interest imo. Satisfies All Parties Involved and also Springs RIGGS Co's into an Infrastructure Boost With Dyno.
