Until the property appraiser website is update, MYEC does not own it... emails with a title company saying it will be fixed cannot be independently verified and cannot be taken as evidence. So when you say facts try and keep it to published verifiable material.


Financials being late can be do to any number of reasons. Stating unverified facts does indicate the reason for the late filings. We will not know the reason for the late fuling until we are told by MYEC if at all. My opinion is they ran out of money and will not be able to pay the auditors until the African bank is live which i think triggers that last development payment. Auditors won't post until they get paid.
