Nasrat ADMITTED that the following drugs are being held up because he is REFUSING to sign the PuraCap agreement:


-Dantrolene Sodium: 25 mg, 50 mg and 100 mg Capsules
-Loxapine: 5 mg, 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg Capsules


Both of these were supposed to launch by March 31 of THIS YEAR.

These are the ONLY TWO drugs that will have an immediate impact on revenue.

SequestOx is at least a year away from launching and that's if we even get approval.

If Nasrat would just sign the agreement these could have been LAUNCHED by now.

Not sure what the guy does all day.

I might have to fly down to New Jersey and make sure he goes to work in the morning.
