So all that WE investors own is 10%? I need a drink.

Seems they are huddling whispering, "Who's going to tell them".

Bill McGann just talks out his ass. Always heard the same "how great they are doing".. and then they start talking "new opportunities".

But never did they dig into HOW terrible the capital structure was until they found Zapata and developed a STORY to sooth investors. Never did they confess the full extent as to how in debt they were.

Instead we got just 'hints' and then in comes Platinum and BAM.. Fresh money came at great cost and managements salaries went up.

No support of the stock price at all. These pricks knew what they were doing. Typical LOW Cap screwing. Grant options and keep selling them.. Dilution and poor capital management as they kept telling us it was the LAST mile.. the Victory Lap. etc.

They always claimed they were working on the Capital Structure.
How many times did they use that ONE. Or the "Were in a quiet period so I have to keep it short". Then he would run on for 30 minutes about varies opportunities they were examining.

Bill McGann might be a brilliant scientist but he IS just full of crap as a CEO.

Anytime there was a call they never DUG into the Capital Structure in any meaningful manner. It was always some existential formula..

Looking back it was a lot of BS talk and patting each other on the back. The victory lap speech was another jerk-off situation.

Then enter Franky Zapata. One air flight and were all HOLY SMOKES! Now after seeing a few times and doing the Math on the Weight Ratios and flight time etc.. It is more Circus Act IMO.

Platinum's relationship with Zapata concerns me. They, (Platinum) seem unethical and I don't like them one bit. Are we just their latest victims or is this that they referred to as a SPECIAL Situation? Franky Zapata is just a slight of hand.. As we watch the videos they slide out the back door.

Seems Bill McGann has all but disappeared. 2 mil salary and option grants were all sold as they vested. Platinum sold whatever shares they received at low low prices and just destroyed long time investors value.
