I sent this out quite a long time ago - the cratejoy help desk explaining the billing, shipping, cut-off, re-billing scenario for a 15th cut-off date (middle of the month) cycle.

Cratejoy video and extra explaination

ZWAGbox has stated the cut-off will go back to the 15th starting this month. That means they should be on the cycle explained in the video.
