Camposagrado has made progress on the trademark for F3TCH with the US Patent & Trademark Office. They have removed most obstacles for the trademark with one last pending item left. However, this last step should be straightforward as it deals with a business that is no longer operating. This is related to STLK with regard to the name, F3TCH, we have been marketing. Trademarks are fairly expensive to do correctly and it is good news to know that Camposagrado are one step closer to having full rights within our industry/ application here in the US. This will also allow Camposagrado to initiate global protection of the name, an important step for STLK’s marketing and sales efforts.
