Cash- You could be right...did Col ever indicated what price he paid? I doubt WM would send a "free meter" to him, but maybe (?).

A wary investor might want to wait for fillings. For me, I'm betting the patents are worth far more than the $1m market cap, but I could be wrong- I certainly wouldn't recommend this stock at this time.
