My first impression was that Kim was just another Morrison - I referred to him as a empty suit.

Then Kim contested the Ruppert/Ross 3(a)(10) lawsuit scam and immediately Ruppert started posting attacking Kim. I started to rethink my position on Kim - if he was in on the scam why contest the lawsuit.

I knew that Ross/Longoria/Berio/Ruppert/kalisky were all deep into the NGCG share selling scheme.

I researched Kim a great deal and there was nothing to suggest he was ever involved in penny stock scams - he was pretty low key.

He is a investor in a recycling company and I am pretty certain that is where he met kalisky as he used to be or maybe still is a pretty big player in recycling in canada.

Kalisky introduced Kim to Ross and kim decided he would buy Ross out as Ross was moving on to GRCU.

Kim was mislead by many about the company but his investment was small less than $300k - then he started taking a closer look and went through the NOBO list etc and put a Administrative Restriction on all of the shares that were gained or given from fraudulent activity.

Ruppert contacted Kim and begged for a settlement and Kim told him to kick rocks he wasn't settling.

Ross asked him to remove the restrictions and the answer was file a lawsuit if you want the restrictions removed.

The NGCG shell is one nasty shell - and it will take some time to clean it up. But, no one from the past has his ear any longer.

He will make some mistakes along the way but I believe he wants to build a real company.

He has had a difficult time getting information JAG and Joshua have refused to turn over company information.

Did he make some mistakes on the Victory deal - yes he did but nothing that will harm shareholders.
