Watch for major drop back down to test new lows. Rule 1: do not listen to story boards. Rule 2: Do not believe OTC Ceo's. Rule 3: Always flip a dilution play. Rule 4: Never go long when there is no divergence or trend in tact. Rule 5: repeat the rules until to you learn them and never break the rules. This stock has no future at this point and CEO has proved he does lie as suggested in his last PR.
