The Key is that you still have the 4 losers on the prowl. In my view a large cap target would be Biogen and the small caps could include Exel now with Aria next year.

Today's Biogen's Alzheimer article is very very interesting. They feel the best way to beat it will be to treat it in a preventative manner just like we treat cholesterol to prevent heart problems.
