Yeah, the ATT thing should be

very good news... Isn't FOMA or whatever DoCoMo calls it still a royality paying form of CDMA?

I remember back a couple two or three years ago when QC issued a "welcome aboard" congradulatory statement to ATT that ATT flatly denied... they said "we would never use CDMA."

Looks like ATT will be made happy if they can call it anything but CDMA, in spite of who they have to write checks to.

Very much a Euro-centric way of looking at things... UTMS is WCDMA, yet they refuse to say CDMA... but a rose by any other name...
