Aggregate total shares to be issued after R/S (includes shares underlying warrants to be issued) 13,250,000. Current O/S: 65,500,000 or so. Projected O/S after R/S....4-13 million shares. So the dilution factor after the R/S will be basically 100-300%....sickening
