I don't understand all the details and financial wrangling of this new filing, and at first glance, you just know that this stock is headed to .70 asap - BUT Ron Erickson advised that the investor involved was a long term committed holder, that this investor only wanted to own up to 4.9 % of shares outstanding, and he advised that the number of outstanding shares since the reverse has not increased, so there is still a small float and any good news should propel this stock higher. As to good news, IDN. As has been from the beginning, such incredible potential for this company, all we need is for one deal to get done and that will change the direction of our stock. BUT that is to be seen, I am assured that all involved are diligently working to make this successful.
