Not trying to be a smart-ass, but he promised financials by the end of the month, so wouldn't qualify as stupid as it sounds, to put out a 8K on Hank's hernia for the delay. Or is it is his out because he's been saying all this stuff to a third party and he can deny it all? If I remember is this the right company Hank's hernia kind of sounds suspicious like the Jewish holiday as an excuse several years ago he used, not to put financials out, sounds like BS.
