Apparently if you look into the BOD members' eyes, shake their hands, and maybe share a chuckle or two, it's much easier to tolerate the job that they have done with PPHM, 95% pps decline while taking millions in salaries and stipends.

I'll take their word for it as opposed to going to the asm and experiencing the fleecing on my own.
