Well......there is a line but it isn't a flatline. BAC is on the move and several good reasons for it.


A .25 increase in interest rates is simply MASSIVE for a bank the size of BAC. I wouldn't be surprised to see this before December. My bet is October. Feds want September but I don't think they have the nutz to pull the trigger then.


We shall see.......
