it wouldnt surprise me if we get 1 PR which states both. that they filed and entered into a partnership at the same time.

I would not like that!

I would much prefer, even if a partnership was signed.. if they announced filing... let the stock POP some and let the traders sell the news... and others like sprot to sell out with the intentions of buying back cheaper... and thereafter, in say 2 days time, announce the partnership news. POW!!!

Watch sprot and the shorts go to the store for a new pair of "fruit of the loom" - LOL
