Good post. True, the measure of the company's success in terms of shareholder value is the shareholder return on investment. The aggregate of Dan's numerous dilutions were down at an average price of around $12, so he's yet to deliver any shareholder value. He's done a lot to set the stage, but to date the sheer amount of dilution (literally doubling the shares outstanding in three years) has offset the positive developments from a shareholder value perspective. It seems to me that part of the problem is his loose and repetitive use of dilution, which IMO has emboldened those shorting the stock enabling them to consistently profit on the backs of actual shareholders of the company.
